Celebrating its rich heritage, we repositioned this iconic brand to attract a broader consumer demographic. The robust strategy spanned a new architecture system, product segmentation, and new style-driven assets that reinvented the brand.

The successful launch was possible through a flexible yet unified system that spanned 30 ranges, 2 tiers, as well as seasonal development all covering over 2500 SKUs.

The newly repositioned brand was flexed to expand into a Christmas offering to deliver festive appeal and create memorable connections with consumers.
